Stopped at a red light, I looked down the long, stretch of crossroad. Not a single vehicle in sight for what looked like miles. Yet, there I sat, idle, halted in my journey. Just go, I thought. But then I got mindful and realized I had it good. Sitting there, windows down, breeze lightly blowing, sun shining, music softly playing — and suddenly very, very grateful for staying in the moment, not rushing to the next one.
