As a Kaizen Muse Creativity Coach, I’m exceptionally grateful that the tools and learning I use to help others struggling to free their creativity from overwhelm, perfectionism, procrastination and other self-sabotaging things WORKS for me, too.
This post is proof. I’m channeling the Modern-Day Muse, AHA-Phrodite, who is all about “noticing.” And look what happens when you stop for a bit after you take a friend to an early morning day surgery at 5:30 a.m. and just notice how brilliantly the birds sing and how mysteriously the trees emerge from the dark. You write a poem. And then you create a watercolor illustration. Huh. Funny how that works.
It’s not magic. It’s Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coaching! OK, maybe it IS magic …

Oh, and by the way, if you think you’re not creative, think again. Everything we DO is creative, whether it’s art, music, drama, sewing, teaching, writing, cooking dinner, landscaping, planning a vacation, washing the car, rearranging the furniture … EVERYTHING requires creativity. So, yep. You’re creative.
