Trick or Treat! Data seems to have discovered the box with the Pizza Crust packed inside, since everything else is non-edible and inert. Grateful, today, for the definite treat of receiving a huge Pampered Chef order within three short days of placing it. Now, THAT is service, and it’s something I greatly appreciate. As I’ve – ahem – matured, I’ve come to realize this: shoddy customer service sends me off to other stores and other providers quicker than anything else. Here’s to customer service, and here’s to the companies that still believe in it.
