So we listed the house officially on Wednesday, the pictures and listing went up today, and tonight Valerie calls to ask if we can show the house tomorrow to a motivated buyer. That’s quick. So we’re grateful to have an opportunity to sell, even this quickly. Although the buyer found a different home that captivated her, I’m also grateful to get that first showing and first “rejection” over with. Now, we just move along at a regular pace.
